About the podcast

Mission

At Ausgrid, our goal is to make the energy transition the most accessible, while also broadening the conversation to unlock greater benefits for all Australians. Beyond just driving change, we want to ensure this transition creates tangible value - delivering the benefits of renewable energy at the lowest possible cost, ensuring those benefits are accessible for everyone, and accelerating the pace of change so we all benefit sooner.

To achieve this, we're launching the Wired for Good podcast - a series of concise 30-40 minute episodes designed to engage, inform, and inspire action. Each episode will feature focused discussions with experts across the sector, highlighting diverse perspectives, encouraging collaboration, and ultimately leading to solutions that benefit communities, businesses, and individuals alike. This podcast is an open platform for driving meaningful change in the energy landscape.

"Everybody has an opportunity here. I think that's a beautiful thing about the new system is consumption's just as important as production. Otherwise, we spill it and it just gets wasted."
